I have a state water heater(censible). I am not sure how old it is we got it with the house back in 2008. The pilot flame kept going out so, I have replaced the thermal coupling on two different occasions. Now the pilot light will stay lit but the burner won’t come on.
I’ve looked all over the Internet and YouTube and I’m still lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

If possible, a photo of the name tag, with numbers on it would be helpful too. I’d like to see also if the pilot flame is hitting the thermocouple enough. Perhaps you can describe that to us? 😉
Yours, Larry
