Tried this morning to light the pilot and it lit and stayed lit.I then moved it to on position, raised my temp setting and got a flame for 5 seconds until it sputtered and went out.Could it be my thermocouple or my gas control? I have pulled the burner asemmby out and everything seems ok although I don’t know what a bad thermocouple looks like. I don’t see any sort of glass, broken or otherwise in the cavity. Thanks

Nope! Your TRD is broken. The broken glass is smaller than a grain of salt. You can verify this by leaving the pilot lit and the valve on Pilot. Stays lit for one hour without problems then the T-coupler is good. Turn the valve to on and the burner lights then fades away then the TRD is broken. Your going to need to call warranty to see what your choices are.
