    after buying. a new home with a Bradford white wh, climate master geothermal with supplemental hot water and a kinetico water softener, we began to have egg smell in the hot water. The plumber is morning out with an aluminum anode and with the system we have, I’d like some input as to whether an electric anode would be better..

    If it’s a normal aluminum anode, it won’t solve anything. If it’s aluminum/zinc it might solve the problem, but likely won’t. The certain solution is a powered anode, SKU25 in this case.
