So should I completely drain the tank, then add the peroxide? Or should I just pour it in at the pressure relief valve level, and refill the tank from that point?

If I shut off the hot port valve for one tank, won’t the pressure continue to rise until the PRV starts releasing water? Should I leave that tank full, or drain it (partially, completely, or not at all)?

Also, I have 2 50 gal heater heaters. Is 2 pints of peroxide enough for each?
