Don’t worry about it. One flushes to remove mineral sediment buildup. That is created at the point where the water is heated, and it can be an issue in gas and electric water heaters. Boilers occasionally have to have their heat exchangers delimed, as a result. There probably won’t be much sediment in the tank and it won’t hurt anything if there is.
