Larry zoned in on the water problem but I think he missed the time of use criteria. For time of use you need enough storage to have hot water when power is not supplied to the WH. During the summer I have eleven on-peak hours. I decided on a 105 gallon Marathon (no anode) from http://www.chec.coop. However, you might come out better on price to get a conventional WH (100 to 119.9 gallons) and install a power anode.
