The Harry Houdini Memorial Showcase

We've done lots of inspections. We've seen the good, the bad and the ugly in terms of water heater installations.

In our ideal world, water heaters would be installed with good space all around, good overhead clearance and in such a way that if any tank ever broke, whether it be alone or installed with other heaters or equipment, replacement would be a snap.

But if you hear a snap while viewing these examples, it's a maintenance or property manager's sanity. Those are the folks who have to live with what other people designed and built. Sometimes it's difficult.

As to the name for this section, well, these are installations that only an escape artist should have to service.
